We take your ideas, create a concept and design plan and execute it for you.  Starting with an initial meeting and creation of a mood board, once approved we handle the rest.  Room layout design, linen selection, rental and decor acquisition, florals (of course) and finally, installation on your big day.  

  • Initial design planning meeting+ onsite meeting if necessary
  • Creation of room layout and event mood board
  • Follow up meeting and table mock-up at least one month prior to wedding
  • One dedicated on-site Ebb & Flow Stylist for ceremony and reception set up
  • Includes delivery and set up of our décor and all florals
  • Includes set up of your decor items if needed
  • Includes transfer of décor and florals from ceremony to reception if necessary

*Additional delivery charges may apply for large-scale furniture and chair rentals.

You’ve gathered your décor.  All those pretty vintage finds, found items, grandmothers tea cup sets, votives, whatever your style, we will find a way to make it pretty and transform those pieces into a cohesive, curated wedding design.  Whether we incorporate florals or just create lovely vignettes to accentuate and complement your overall vision for your event, all your little details will be perfectly placed.
